Newport Gwent Dragons pulled off a fine win in the LV Cup by beating English title pretenders Saracens 23-22 at Vicarage Road. Winger Will Harries was the outstanding player for the Dragons picking up a brace of tries, his second a brilliant solo effort from fifty metres out. Fly half Jason Tovey weighed in with a fine kicking display, scoring thirteen points including a late, decisive, drop goal.
Meanwhile after a number of new additions to the squad earlier this season, Dragons wing Richard Fussell will join the Ospreys in the summer after his contract expires. The 25-year old has agreed a two-year deal that will keep him at the Ospreys until the end of the 2011-12 season.
